Steven Benvenisti lives in Bergen County, New Jersey.  He has been married for 16 years and has two children, a 13 year-old son and an 11 year-old daughter.  He proudly coaches his children’s basketball and soccer teams.

He has the honor of being one of the less than 3% of New Jersey attorneys designated by the Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has devoted his career towards representing personal injury victims, accident prevention, volunteer work and education of the public.

He graduated with high honors from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) and earned his Juris Doctorate in Law from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law in 1993.

Approximately twenty (20) times per year, he serves as a keynote and motivational speaker to national medical & rehabilitation associations, universities, high schools, Judicial and trial lawyer associations.

100% of the honorariums from these programs are waived by Benvenisti and donated directly to charities.
